    Looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual who will manage the front line communication actively and smartly.
Job Responsibilities
  • Managing the front desk
  • Attending phone calls and receiving the messages
  • Transfer calls
  • Maintaining incoming documents properly and handover to the concerned department
  • Attending guests with a good gesture and approach
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Basic Computer skills., Customer Service, Receptionist/ Front Desk, Very good in English writing and speaking, Visitor Handling
